Welcome to the Bellevue apartment
The BELLEVUE apartment first began renting out to families and small groups for short periods of time back in 2006, at a time when there were thousands of vacant apartments in Berlin and Airbnb didn’t even exist yet.
Currently, the BELLEVUE apartment is being rented out for periods longer than three months (with some exceptions that allow rentals for two months) as a fully furnished unit, including all utilities such as electricity, internet, heating, water, etc in the rental price.
If you have stayed with us before and are looking for short-term rental options or other alternatives, please feel free to reach out to us. We will do our best to assist you in finding suitable options.
How is this apartment managed
This apartment is rented directly by its owner, but it is also available for rental through intermediary agencies, where you can confirm their credentials and read the consistently positive feedback from previous guests who have stayed in this apartment before.
Daniel, the owner, personally handles the contact form on this website, so feel free to make any type of inquiry about the apartment or its property – he will be happy to assist you.
Many people have stayed in this apartment and we have always had a cordial and pleasant relationship. The owner is always willing to help if any inconvenience arises during your stay.
